Aluminum Bale Drying Rack for Industrial Recycling Plant
This aluminum bale drying rack was designed and fabricated for a recycling facility in Drayton, Ontario.
The rack provides a dedicated location for aluminum bales after they leave the processing equipment, allowing them to dry off the floor while awaiting the next stage of handling.
Integrated Into Facility Operations
For this project, the rack was built around the facility's handling requirements rather than adapting a standard storage solution to the plant’s required application.
Like many processing facilities, the operation already had an established workflow. As such, the goal with this custom fabrication project wasn't to change how material was processed, but to fit the rack into the existing operations and supported how the facility processed its workflow.
